Autism in everyday life, work and study

If you have autism, everyday life may feel manageable at times and overwhelming at others. It could be meetings at work, planning at home, or finding time to recover after a demanding day.

What takes the most energy?

You might find it hard to switch between tasks or get started when plans change. Your studies may be going well, but take so much energy that there is little left for anything else. We start with what you would like to change.

We talk about a situation that feels difficult and what you have already tried. Then we can choose one thing to test, such as a clearer routine, a break, or a conversation about what you need.

For example, we could talk about

You choose what you want to try. Next time, we can talk about how it went and whether you want to keep going or change something.

If you decide to continue

The first conversation is free. If you want to continue, we agree whether to meet online or in person in the Falun area, how often, and what you want to work on. A session costs 695 SEK per hour (approximately €65).
